Will a remortgage always give me a better rate than the one I’m on currently?

Often but not always. Your rate will depend on factors like the value of your property, how much is left on your existing mortgage, any debt you have and how much you are earning. What happens if I want to move before the end of my mortgage term?

That way we can advise you as to the most effective way to proceed and ensuring you will be in receipt of the most appropriate mortgage at the lowest cost.
